People to have a neutral space outside of the UC to be able to explore various experiences of growing up, living in, leaving, being outside of, or currently participating in the UC.
Learn the latest science behind how trauma happens and how to heal from it
Focusing on healing and restoring the wounds experienced during times related to the community, while acknowledging both the challenges and value of those experiences.
Engaging with others who share similar experiences and understand the impact of these wounds that we carry in our bodies and in our relationships.
Being in a beautiful retreat location in nature with an atmosphere that fosters deep connections and healing experiences.
